Presumption of Innocence
We’re all familiar with the concept. The United States Constitution, and by extension, our legal system, is built on it. Yet, we rarely practice it. In fact, in response to recent revelations of Christian Ziegler’s situation, which I’ll get into further down, our own ‘Deep-State DeSantis’ (or DeepSantis, for short), recently stated at a Press Conference in Georgia, that “{Ziegler's} innocent till proven guilty…”, but in the same sentence said “I think he should step aside”.
How can you square that conflicting statement with the voters you would pretend the voting machines will represent and speak for? Or, does it not matter, since the machines are autonomous, divested of influence from those who actually use them? Ah, but that’s another story, for another time. What kind of writing staff does Deep have, that he would say “Innocent until proven guilty, but punishment, until acquitted”? This tactic was recently tried against me, at my removal “warlock” trial at LeeREC in October, which failed miserably (43-87… just saying).
I would recommend we all refrain from trying this case in the media, or at the water cooler. There is a legal process by which we are all protected, and using this situation for political gain, essentially kicking someone when they’re down, is a democrat tactic, and has no place in a Constitutional, conservative party.
Schadenfreude
If you’re unfamiliar with the term “Schadenfreude”, look it up. It is the experience of pleasure, joy, or self-satisfaction that comes from learning of, or witnessing the troubles, failures, pain, or humiliation of another.
It is usually the demonstrated behavior of people who enjoy the personal embarrassment or destruction of another. Most people who enjoy destroying others, do it because they are unable to elevate themselves, so they feel as if they have to lower others, to make themselves look good. This is egocentric behavior. Glory-Story Seekers. Grifters. Con-men. You know… The LeeREC “Me-First” Executive Board.
The Politics of Personal Destruction
It’s easy, even tempting sometimes, in the interest of expediency, to kick someone when they’re down. I, myself, have written about behavior that I find problematic at the RPOF, and by extension, the Chair. But, it’s always in the interest of justice, and not personal.
I will be writing over the next few days, about the horribly inappropriate ‘workshop’ meeting in Lee County on November 29th, featuring Christian Ziegler (RPOF Chair) and Stafford Jones (‘Rules-For-Me-and-Not-For-Thee’ Committee Chair), at which Stafford admitted counselling the Lee Chair to break the rules. He was asked twice, and twice proudly said yes, the chair can break the rules between meetings, and the Executive Committee has to vote to amend the agenda to entertain a motion to overturn it at the next meeting. WHAT? HUH? Where do you come up with this imaginary language, Stafford? None of this is the process. The fact is, if the Chair intentionally breaks the rules, it’s grounds for removal. Period. And, if the RPOF ‘Rules-For-Thee’ Committee Chair advises as he has, that’s grounds for removal. This is all contrary to CMC Art. III, Sect. 8, Para. 2. ‘Bottom-Up’
This bad advice, by the way, is a publicly self-confessed violation of his oath, and grounds for removal from the RPOF… on top of recent revelations that his PAC’s support democrats over Republicans on a regular basis, something else he readily admitted/bragged at our workshop. This was witnessed by dozens of members taking copious notes, as well as the RPOF Chair, who was sitting right next to him, when he said it. We are going to see whether we have a ‘Rules’ Committee, or a ‘Rules For Thee’ Committee. If it’s the latter, the RPOF loses all credibility moving forward. We’re also going to see if the ‘Grievance’ Committee is a real committee, or if all grievances are ignored in the order that they’re received. But, again, I will be doing an extensive article on the workshop debacle in the coming days.
Weapons of Mass Destruction Distraction
I find it disconcerting that while the human race is facing extinction-level annihilation by the spread of bioweapon use by the Deep-State, we can spend this much time on not-yet-fully-investigated allegations, but any mention of the Ban-the-Jab movement is silenced by nearly all media sources.
I do not praise or condemn individuals and personalities,
I praise or condemn behavior and actions
Generally speaking, I do not carry water for individuals. I try not to get emotionally invested in people. If you do, you will be let down. That goes for all of us, me included, maybe especially.
The libertarian in me
And, what someone does in the privacy of their own home is none of my concern, unless it directly affects me (although, getting caught at it, and causing ‘Reputational Harm’ to the RPOF might qualify). Clearly, none of us know whether these allegations are true, false, or somewhere in between, except the principles. And, jumping to conclusions, and assuming them true will have long-lasting catastrophic effects on the Ziegler’s political careers. And, if false, it only serves to benefit the democrats; the ones with “D”s after their names… and the ones with “R”s after their names. I’m sure there are a few right now, waiting in the wings to swoop in. Stafford, perhaps? I can’t help but notice the statements by many in the REC/RPOF, seem to be positioning for a power vacuum.
Human Nature
Once an allegation of this nature is out, human nature has a hard time looking past it. I urge you to put yourself in these shoes, before assuming anything. I, myself, was falsely accused recently, in an attempt to get me kicked out of the REC. The entire sham was readily exposed for what it was, yet the efforts continue. If this is a similar situation, whereby a faction of the RPOF wants to install someone who maybe couldn’t get there on their own merits, this would be one way to do it. And, if that’s the case, it’s more egregious than anything.
The Redactions
Personally, I find the heavily redacted statement from the Sarasota Police Dept to be highly suspicious. That the whole thing is redacted, except 5 words? That is not normal. It looks like something the Deep-State Alphabet soup agencies would send as a secure cryptograph, with an overlay codex. It is unimaginable that it could be that redacted.
Whatever the truth is, we send our prayers to all persons involved in this situation. The principles, the agents, the investigators, the legal system personnel, and especially those waiting in the wings to capitalize on it. May God direct all those involved to act appropriately and honorably. But, especially the RPOF, who has a track record of imagining and inventing rules, lately.
How can the Constitution be built on the presumption of innocence when it doesn't appear in it?
